Job summary

Farnsworth Group, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Structural Engineer to provide customer-focused design and construction services to clients nationwide, including the Western Region.

This role involves performing structural analysis and design for building, energy, and industrial structures, and developing construction documents. The position supports collaboration across multi-disciplinary teams, site visits, meetings with clients, and coordination with the project team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's (required) or Master's degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering with emphasis in structures.
• 8–15 years of structural engineering experience.
• PE or SE licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design for building structures and related systems.
• Perform structural analysis and design for Energy and Industrial structures and related systems.
• Develop construction documents and provide construction administration services.
• Perform site visits, client meetings, and coordination with the project team.
