Job summary

Farnsworth Group is seeking a Structural Engineer to provide customer‑oriented design and construction services to clients nationwide. This role offers great growth potential.

Posting Locations include Phoenix, AZ, with hybrid work options. You will perform structural analysis, develop construction documents, and coordinate with the project team while participating in business development and client-facing activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s (required) or Master’s degree (preferred) in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering, with emphasis in structures
• 3 – 7 years of structural engineering experience
• Professional Engineer (PE) or Structural Engineer (SE) licensure preferred
• Experience with design and construction administration of building structures, preferably both new construction and renovation of existing structures
• Experience designing with common construction materials: steel, concrete, masonry and/or wood
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Strong team player in a multi‑disciplinary environment that can manage and contribute to several projects simultaneously
• Leadership qualities with ability to teach/train others
• Revit proficiency preferred
