Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in civil or Structural Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensed.
• 5–10 years of experience in structural engineering.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design of precast buildings and structures.
• Oversee and coordinate project milestones with clients and internal teams.
• Review and approve internal design documents, drawings, and calculations for quality and scope compliance.
• Coordinate and schedule internal quality reviews and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Support construction partners by addressing field issues and ensuring timely resolutions.
