Job summary

ERA Structural Engineering seeks a Structural Engineer to design and analyze structures, coordinate project milestones, and collaborate with architects, owners, and contractors. You will ensure timely, accurate construction documents and contribute to ongoing quality reviews within a team setting.

The role involves guiding less experienced engineers, reviewing drawings and calculations, and supporting project staffing and workload management to meet client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in civil or structural engineering.
• PE Licensed.
• 4–7 years of experience in structural engineering.
• Advanced analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Detail oriented, works well in a team.
• Proficient with RAM, RISA3-D, SAP2000.
• Experience designing with steel, concrete, timber and other materials.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design of buildings using concrete, steel, timber and other materials.
• Oversee and coordinate project milestones, ensuring the client and internal teams are aligned on deliverables.
• Attend internal kickoff meetings and external coordination meetings.
• Develop designs for structural systems and project specifications.
• Manage project scope, budgets, and timelines.
