Job summary

EAPC is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer in Minnesota to lead structural design for new and renovated buildings. You will coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, mentor EIT staff, and guide CAD/Revit specialists to produce accurate drawings and specifications.

Applicants should hold a PE, have ABET-accredited civil engineering education, and 8+ years of relevant experience with steel, concrete, masonry, and wood structures. Local candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited B.S. in Civil Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Minimum 8 years of design/detailing experience for buildings/structures (steel/concrete/wood).
• Knowledge of building codes and structural design software.

Responsibilities

• Provide structural design, detailing, and calculations for new and renovated buildings.
• Coordinate with architectural/mechanical/civil teams.
• Edit and write structural specifications.
• Mentor EIT staff and guide CAD/Revit teams.
• Perform site visits and construction administration tasks.
