Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• 15+ years of professional experience in structural engineering.
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE), with ability to become registered in additional states.
• Proficient in CAD software: AutoCAD, Revit, MicroStation, and S3D.
• Proficient in structural analysis software such as RISA, RamSS or STAAD.
• Knowledge of ACI, AISC, ASCE 7, Building Codes and related standards.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite and MS Teams for remote coordination.
• Willingness and ability to travel 10–40% to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural engineering efforts across data center projects, including new builds and retrofits.
• Mentor structural leads and coordinate with clients and upper management on project status.
• Coordinate with structural teams to shape execution, design strategy, and delivery.
• Provide quality reviews and govern schedules, documentation, and interdisciplinary coordination.
