Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• 15+ years of professional structural engineering experience.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) with multi-state eligibility.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, MicroStation and S3D.
• Experience with RISA, RamSS or STAAD.
• Knowledge of ACI, AISC, ASCE 7, Building Codes.
• Willingness to travel 10–40%.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural engineering for a portfolio of data center projects.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate with clients and management.
• Ensure designs meet codes, performance and constructability standards.
• Oversee complex analyses and establish modeling standards.
• Guide design delivery and contribute to Design‑Build processes.
