Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to join the Advanced Manufacturing team, working on data center projects including new builds, retrofits, and colocations. You’ll perform structural analyses, create models, and coordinate with teams across Jacobs offices domestically and internationally.

The ideal candidate has a B.S. in civil/structural engineering, 8+ years of experience, PE registration, and proficiency with CAD/analysis tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil or Structural Engineering required.
• Master of Science in Engineering is preferred.
• Registered Professional Engineer with ability to become registered in additional states.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural engineering analyses on diverse projects.
• Create computer models for structures and foundations.
• Perform member design calculations, material take-offs, and scheduling assistance.
