Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to join our Advanced Manufacturing team, focusing on data center projects, new builds, retrofits, and colocations. The role involves performing structural analyses, creating computer models, and coordinating with Jacobs offices globally to deliver high-quality outcomes.

You’ll have 8+ years of experience, a PE license, and proficiency with CAD and analysis tools. Travel up to 20% and a hybrid work arrangement are supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil or Structural Engineering required.
• Master's degree desirable for advancement.
• Registered Professional Engineer with ability to become registered in additional states.

Responsibilities

• Performing a variety of structural engineering analyses and calculations.
• Creating computer models for structures and performing member/foundation design calculations.
• Coordinating designs with Jacobs offices domestically and internationally; liaising with internal teams.
