HSA & Associates, Inc. provides structural engineering services for a variety of projects including e-commerce business parks, distribution centers, office buildings, sound stages, parking structures, and more across the United States. We are a team of over 60 employees, seeking a highly motivated and experienced Structural Engineer to join our dynamic and rapidly growing team in West Covina, CA.

Position/title may be adjusted based on experience and qualifications.

Minimum Requirements:

• 1-3 years for entry-level; 3+ years for more experienced Structural Engineers
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Structural Engineering
• California SE license is a plus
• Experience in seismic design
• Design experience with various structural materials and project types
• Experience with Tilt-Up construction is a plus
• Knowledge of codes and standards applicable to major building projects in California
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage small to large projects and lead engineering teams
