The purpose of this position is to provide essential administrative processes, technical knowledge, and guidance. The role aims to enhance Fluor’s competitiveness in the global marketplace by delivering high-quality services with unmatched value and technical expertise. This position may serve as an Area Lead or Project Lead on assigned projects or perform complex engineering tasks, applying advanced techniques to a broad range of assignments.

1. Develop and review estimates, schedules, and progress reports, including workforce forecasts.
2. Establish, track, and monitor key material quantities; provide analysis and forecasts.
3. Develop and review specifications, including design criteria.
4. Participate in procurement activities, permitting, and subcontracting.
5. Perform and verify calculations, specify equipment, and solve complex engineering problems.
6. Contribute to people development through mentoring, training development, seminars, and performance reviews.
7. Analyze problems independently and recommend solutions aligned with project objectives and guidelines.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.
