Job summary

Sargent & Lundy offers a hybrid work arrangement with three days in the office and two remote days, plus a relocation package dependent on location. The role leads the production of all structural design deliverables on projects and involves coordinating with mechanical and electrical teams to resolve clashes.

The candidate should have extensive CAD software experience, strong budgeting and mentoring skills, and a track record of delivering high-quality results in complex engineering

Qualifications

• Associate degree in CAD technology preferred.
• CAD certificate required if not degreed.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of designers to ensure drawings are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with mechanical and electrical designers to resolve clashes in the 3D model.
• Travel to client sites to verify on-site design conditions.
• Adapt to a wide range of technologies across power, mining, oil & gas, and renewables.
