Job summary

Custom Concrete seeks an experienced Site Superintendent to lead day-to-day field operations on commercial projects. You will serve as the on-site representative to general contractors, coordinating labor, equipment, and materials with a hands-on leadership style to ensure safe, on-time delivery of high-quality concrete work.

The role requires strong communication skills, thorough knowledge of foundations, walls, slabs, and site concrete, and a commitment to safety and quality in all weather

Qualifications

3+ years as a site superintendent or field leader in structural concrete.
Experience with foundations, walls, slabs, and site concrete.
Ability to read drawings, specs, and schedules.
Strong leadership, communication, and safety focus.

Responsibilities

Plan, schedule, coordinate, and manage labor, equipment, and materials for projects.
Lead and oversee structural concrete construction (foundations, walls, slabs, site concrete).
Ensure all work complies with plans, specs and standards.
Monitor production schedules and address issues to meet deadlines.
Act as primary liaison with general contractors and partners.
Conduct daily inspections for quality workmanship.
Order materials and tooling to maintain workflow.
Provide hands-on leadership to field crews.
Maintain a clean, safe job site per OSHA.
