Job summary

Concrete Construction Services Inc (CCS) is seeking a skilled Concrete Superintendent to oversee civil and site concrete construction projects. This role manages daily field operations, supervises crews and subcontractors, and ensures work is completed safely, efficiently, and per project specs.

The ideal candidate has extensive concrete experience, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to safety, quality, and production performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Concrete Superintendent or similar supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of concrete construction methods and field operations.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all field crews and subcontractors.
• Interpret construction plans, specifications, and civil drawings.
• Develop and maintain daily and weekly work schedules.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements, codes, and specifications.
• Coordinate inspections with owners, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Mentor foremen and field personnel.
• Enforce OSHA safety policies and conduct daily safety meetings.
• Verify forms, rebar, embeds, elevations, and ADA compliance.
• Track project progress and update schedules as needed.
• Coordinate equipment usage and maintenance.
