Job summary

The Nearview Group in Tulsa, OK is seeking a skilled Concrete Superintendent with 5+ years of concrete construction experience to lead field operations. You will manage scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and safety for multiple projects, coordinating with project managers and subcontractors to deliver on time and within scope.

Ideal candidates demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to read blueprints.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in concrete construction.
• Proven leadership skills and experience managing a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
• OSHA certification preferred.
