Jobot is seeking a dynamic Superintendent with a concrete specialization for large-scale commercial and industrial projects. The role oversees all phases of complex builds, from planning through completion, with a focus on safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years as a Superintendent, proven self-perform concrete experience, and strong leadership and communication capabilities.

Formación

• 5+ years as Superintendent or similar in construction.
• Proven self-perform experience with concrete on commercial/industrial projects.
• Strong leadership, planning and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in CM/Architecture/Engineering preferred; safety certs a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all phases of the construction project from initial planning to completion.
• Coordinate and supervise the construction process from conceptual development through final construction.
• Ensure all construction activities align with the project plan.
• Manage and lead a team of construction workers and subcontractors.
• Ensure safety protocols and quality standards are met at all times.
• Interact with clients, interpret plans and contract terms to staff and contractors.
• Schedule and coordinate workers, subcontractors, and materials.
