Job summary

Blue Origin in Merritt Island, FL seeks a senior structural analyst to own design, analysis, and qualification of New Glenn payload structures. You will size primary and secondary structures, perform hand calculations and FEM studies, and contribute to safe, reliable hardware for crewed spaceflight programs.

You will collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams, develop test plans, analyze data, and document reports to support drawings and qualification of structural subsystems

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in engineering with 6+ years in aerospace structures.
• U.S. citizen or eligible for employment in the U.S.
• Experience in vehicle load path distribution and size

Responsibilities

• Own the hardware lifecycle from requirements to integration.
• Perform hand calcs and FEM analyses for primary/secondary structures.
• Document stress analyses to support drawings and release of hardware.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and mission integration teams.
