Qualifications

• BS in engineering with 6+ years of aerospace structures experience.
• Experience on aircraft or launch vehicles in load path and sizing.
• Knowledge of composite and metallic design fundamentals.
• Experience with Ansys, Nastran, Optistruct, Hypermesh.
• CAD/Creo experience and hand calculations.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of full hardware lifecycle from requirements through integration on launch vehicle.
• Perform sizing, analysis, testing, and qualification of structural subsystems.
• Collaborate with manufacturing for hardware integration.
• Prepare reports and documentation for drawings release.
• Present technical content to internal and external customers.
