Anduril Industries is seeking a Mechanical/Structural Engineer to lead structural and thermal analyses for a maritime autonomous vehicle. The role, reporting to the Structures Lead, focuses on ensuring the vehicle meets depth pressure, corrosion resistance, and fatigue targets while maintaining buoyancy and endurance.

You will perform FEA and hand calculations, verify interfaces with propulsion, buoyancy, energy and payload subsystems, and participate in design reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineering, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of structural design/analysis experience in marine, aerospace, or robotic systems.
• Proficiency with analysis tools such as Nastran, ANSYS, Abaqus.
