Job summary

Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation in Savannah, GA seeks a Senior Aircraft Component Repair Technician for Structures to lead complex inspection, repair and modification of aircraft structures in an MRO environment. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• A&P, FCC, or NCATT preferred; read blueprints, eng data, CMP data, CBs and ASCs.

Responsibilities

• Master advanced repair of mechanical and electrical assemblies per blueprints and manuals.
• Perform functional and operational tests on aircraft components.
• Inspect detail parts to ensure conformance with maintenance data.
• Demonstrate leadership by guiding and mentoring other technicians.
• Ensure FAA Repair Station requirements are met and maintained.
• Coordinate with QC, engineering and production to maintain airworthiness.
