Job summary

Republic Services seeks a Digital Solutions Manager to lead cross-functional Agile teams delivering strategic digital projects on the IT roadmap. You will ensure alignment with Enterprise Architecture and manage budget, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.

You will drive process improvements, oversee SDLC, and maintain strong vendor relationships while navigating hybrid Premise/SaaS environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of information systems management experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing large, high volume, mission critical systems and development teams through all phases of the technology lifecycle from initial deployment through retirement
• Experience with Agile project methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Experience with Agile tools such as Rally and Confluence.
• Experience managing offshore, nearshore, and local teams in hybrid Premise/SaaS environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional Agile teams in analysis, design, and development of strategic digital projects on the IT roadmap.
• Ensure solutions align with Enterprise Architecture and support high availability, scalability, and multi-system integrations.
• Enforce software development lifecycle standards and quality controls.
• Manage competing priorities and team workloads to meet objectives.
• Identify risks and provide remediation recommendations.
• Develop strong partnerships with key business stakeholders and vendors.
