Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of direct experience in consulting, business analysis, transformation, operations, process improvement, or a comparable analytical role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in business, operations, finance, industrial engineering, information systems, analytics, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated ability to map and analyze end-to-end business processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear summaries and presentation materials for leadership.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and process-mapping or diagramming tools.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, organize priorities, and maintain reliable follow-through in a changing environment.
• Sound judgment, attention to detail, and comfort handling process, client, financial, and operational information appropriately.
• Curiosity, humility, resilience, and a collaborative working style.

Responsibilities

• Partner with functional leaders and subject-matter experts to understand current-state processes.
• Facilitate process-discovery workshops, interviews, and observations across teams.
• Create current-state maps, service blueprints, swim-lane diagrams, journey maps, and decision trees.
• Identify pain points, duplicates, manual workarounds, bottlenecks, and opportunities for standardization.
• Analyze data and feedback to quantify volumes, cycle times, and benefits of change.
• Define future-state workflows to improve efficiency and client/employee experience.
• Evaluate AI, automation, workflow tools, and knowledge management for potential use cases.
• Translate future-state concepts into requirements, user stories, and operating procedures.
• Support prioritization of opportunities by value, feasibility, risk, and data readiness.
• Prepare executive-ready materials with findings, recommendations, and risks.
• Track actions, dependencies, decisions, risks, and milestones across workstreams.
• Support pilots, testing, rollout readiness, training, and adoption measurement.
• Build constructive relationships across organizational pillars with an enterprise view.
