Charter Communications seeks a Senior Manager, Strategy & Engagement - Risk & Resilience to lead advisory, commercial, and delivery for a growing practice. You will shape enterprise pursuits, oversee engagements, and drive governance, pricing, scope, and delivery across complex client challenges.

The role blends executive advisory with pursuit leadership, connecting risk, resilience, cybersecurity, AI, cloud, governance, and compliance into business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8 years of enterprise technology sales or related experience.
• Significant experience in consulting, advisory, risk, resilience, cybersecurity, or technology transformation.
• Experience leading complex enterprise advisory engagements with multiple workstreams and executives.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership across Risk & Resilience pursuits and client engagements.
• Shape client problems into advisory solutions and measurable outcomes.
• Lead discovery sessions, workshops, proposals, and pursuit presentations.
• Ensure pricing, scope, and delivery governance across opportunities.
• Deliver executive readouts and strategic client guidance.
• Mentor teams on client management and consulting discipline.
