Job summary
Charter Communications is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategy & Engagement - Risk & Resilience to lead advisory, commercial, and delivery efforts across a growing practice. You will shape major enterprise pursuits, oversee a portfolio of client engagements, and ensure governance across advisory, cyber, cloud, and compliance domains.
The role requires executive-level communication with CIOs, CISOs, and transformation leaders, and the ability to translate risks into strategic investment roadmaps
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 8 years of enterprise technology sales experience or equivalent
- Experience in consulting, advisory services, risk, resilience, cybersecurity, or related
- Experience leading complex enterprise engagements with multiple workstreams
Responsibilities
- Provide senior leadership across a portfolio of Risk & Resilience pursuits and client engagements.
- Shape client problems, advisory approach, scope, and value proposition.
- Lead discovery sessions, workshops, proposals, and pursuit presentations.
- Determine required advisory, cybersecurity, cloud, AI, compliance, and delivery capabilities.
- Ensure pursuits are structured around measurable client outcomes.
- Provide senior-level support for client presentations and executive decisions.
