Skilled at synthesizing complex data into compelling, actionable insights.
Advanced ability to communicate effectively with clients and project teams.
Strong ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams.
Thrive in fast-paced settings with high standards for accuracy and quality.

Responsibilities

Strategic Insight Oversight: lead high-value qualitative and quantitative research projects with actionable recommendations.
Strategic Client Partnership: develop partnerships with senior pharma and biotech leaders delivering strategic guidance.
Business Development: drive account expansion and identify new opportunities across the client portfolio.
Ownership and Initiative: excel in a high-autonomy environment and ensure project and client success.
Management and Team Development: mentor teams and contribute to leadership initiatives across ZoomRx.
Innovation and Internal Impact: lead service development and scaling consulting best practices.
