Qualifications

• 6+ years of life sciences quantitative primary market research and consulting experience with business development.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in life sciences and/or a quantitative field.
• Proven ability to generate new business, expand accounts, and manage strategic client relationships.
• Skilled at synthesizing complex data into compelling, actionable insights.
• Advanced ability to communicate effectively with clients and project teams.
• Strong ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams.
• Thrive in fast-paced settings with high accuracy and quality standards.
• Experience with product/service innovation across healthcare market intelligence; qualitative experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Insight Oversight – Lead high-value qualitative and quantitative research projects with alignment and actionable recommendations.
• Strategic Client Partnership – Develop partnerships with senior pharma/biotech leaders to drive commercial success.
• Business Development – Drive account expansion and identify new opportunities across the client portfolio.
• Ownership and Initiative – Exercise autonomy to exceed expectations and ensure project/client success.
• Management and Team Development – Mentor teams and contribute to leadership initiatives at ZoomRx.
• Innovation and Internal Impact – Lead service development and scale consulting best practices.
