Qualifications

• 6+ years of life sciences quantitative primary market research and consulting experience.
• Experience supporting business development, including developing proposals and client pitches.
• Proven ability to expand accounts and manage strategic client relationships.
• Strong ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication with clients and project teams.
• Mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
• Experience with product/service innovation across healthcare market intelligence; qualitative research a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-value qualitative and quantitative research projects with strategic alignment and actionable recommendations.
• Develop and strengthen partnerships with senior pharma and biotech leaders for commercial impact.
• Drive account expansion and identify new business opportunities across the client portfolio.
• Operate with high autonomy to exceed expectations and ensure project success.
• Mentor teams and contribute to leadership initiatives across ZoomRx.
• Lead initiatives on service development and scaling consulting best practices.
