Job summary

Fanatics Collectibles is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Ops to own priority initiatives on the strategic manufacturing & operations roadmap. You will scope initiatives, build analyses, and drive end-to-end execution to ensure value capture.

A self-starter with strong analytics, leadership experience, and a collaborative mindset is essential. You will report to the Sr Director, Strategic Ops and collaborate across BizOps, Manufacturing, Finance, and Operations to deliver results that matter

Qualifications

5–7 years of experience in Management Consulting, Manufacturing, Strategy, Finance/Accounting, or Biz Ops/Strategy roles.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, accounting or similar; MBA preferred.
Strong quantitative modelling & analytical skills; excellent written & verbal communication.
Team-first management mindset with a passion for solving highly complex problems collaboratively.
Superior project management skills with structured cross-functional execution.

Responsibilities

Own multiple high-impact initiatives simultaneously and drive cross-functional execution.
Set goals, drive large programs & analytics, present to executives and cross-functional partners.
Identify, size, and prioritize opportunities on the strategy roadmap with BizOps and Operations teams.
Lead analytical initiatives and provide executive-level analysis and recommendations.
Engage with end-consumers and channel partners to deepen knowledge and inform strategy.
