Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years in strategic finance, FP&A, corporate finance, or related analytical role.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and driving operational improvements.
• Strong modeling, budgets, forecasts, and scenario analyses.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the finance partner to operational and People leaders, understanding operating models and key cost drivers.
• Identify opportunities to improve unit economics and reduce costs across shipping, authentication, and payments.
• Own business cases, financial modeling, and post-implementation tracking for strategic initiatives.
• Translate analysis into actionable plans with measurable targets for leadership.
• Develop scalable reporting and dashboards to monitor performance against financial targets.
