Job summary

Fanatics Collectibles is seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to own priority strategic operations initiatives across manufacturing and operations. You will report to the Sr Director, Strategic Ops and drive end-to-end execution to ensure value capture.

The role requires 5-7 years in strategy/management consulting or related fields, a Bachelor’s (MBA preferred), strong analytical skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams across Dallas or Sunnyvale, TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, accounting or similar; MBA preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience in management consulting, manufacturing, strategy, finance, or Biz Ops.
• Strong quantitative modelling and analytical skills with financial acumen.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; team-first mindset.
• Experience leading and growing teams across cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Own multiple high-impact initiatives and drive cross-functional execution.
• Set goals, run analytics programs, present updates to leadership.
• Collaborate with BizOps, Manufacturing, Project Management, Finance, Pre-Press, and Operations to size and prioritize initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional projects with a structured, programmatic approach.
• Provide exec-level analysis and recommendations for strategic initiatives.
• Engage with consumers and channel partners to deepen market knowledge.
