Job summary

Fanatics Collectibles is seeking a strategic, analytical Vice President of Growth & Demand Systems to architect scalable growth across the collector ecosystem.

This leadership role partners with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Analytics and Growth to develop frameworks, experimentation capabilities and operating models that drive activation, engagement, retention, monetization and long-term collector value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in Growth, Product Growth, Marketplace Growth or Growth Strategy.
• Proven ability to scale high-growth marketplaces, fintech, ecommerce, SaaS or consumer tech.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead the growth operating system with planning frameworks, measurement systems and experimentation processes.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to embed growth strategies in the collector experience to improve activation, engagement, retention and monetization.
• Build and scale ecosystem growth loops connecting products and experiences across the Fanatics Collect platform.
• Establish a best-in-class experimentation culture with A/B tests, incrementality, cohort analysis and retention modeling.
• Develop scalable frameworks to identify, prioritize and measure high-impact growth opportunities across products.
• Collaborate with Analytics and Data Science to improve decision-making with data-driven insights.
• Serve as strategic partner to Product, Commercial, Growth and Data leadership to align priorities.
• Define and monitor key collector behaviors contributing to long-term value and participation.
• Foster continuous experimentation and operational excellence across the organization.
• Build and lead a high-performing growth organization aligned to long-term objectives.
