Job summary

Pulse Trading Cards is seeking a hands-on Director of Operations to own the end-to-end product pipeline—from production planning through final delivery—and to keep cycles on time, within spec, and at target margins.

You’ll manage manufacturing, quality control, packaging, logistics, and launches with cross‑functional teams, report to the COO, and help scale Pulse through its next growth phase while building repeatable processes and KPIs.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, manufacturing, or related field.
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple launches.
• Experience with domestic and international manufacturers and vendors.
• Excellent attention to detail with large volumes of product data.
• Experience with ERP and operational systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational lifecycle of each product from production kickoff through final delivery.
• Build and maintain detailed production plans, timelines, and critical paths.
• Coordinate artwork, approvals, manufacturing, and packaging.
• Negotiate costs and manage vendor performance.
• Oversee fulfillment for major retailers and distributors.
• Establish SOPs and KPIs to scale Pulse’s operations.
