Job summary

Fanatics Collectibles is seeking a Manager or Senior Manager of International Supply Chain Strategy to design and stand up end-to-end capabilities for new markets. You will collaborate with Commercial, Drops, Product, Technology, Finance, Legal, and Operations to enable rapid, compliant launches and scale product flows from production to collectors.

The role requires building scalable processes for inbound logistics, customs, OMS, and fulfillment, while balancing speed, cost, and risk to support

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years in supply chain strategy or related roles.
• Experience with high-growth, launch-driven environments.
• Strong understanding of inbound logistics and fulfillment.
• Proven cross-functional influencing without direct authority.
• Financial modeling and cost-to-serve skills.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end international supply chain models for new markets.
• Define inbound transportation and cross-border flows.
• Model landed cost, margin impact, and working capital.
• Lead pilots, launch readiness, and post-launch reviews.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, and Product to ensure compliance and timeliness.
• Develop repeatable playbooks for entering new countries.
