Qualifications

• Doctorate or higher with relevant experience.
• Master’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience or higher.
• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience or higher.
• Associate’s degree with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• High school diploma or GED with 12+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Partners with functional leads to develop high quality, integrated cross-functional plans aligned with the program strategy.
• Ensures cross-functional alignment and accountability.
• Facilitates resource planning, financial and capacity assessments as needed.
• Conducts risk management and contingency planning; develops mitigation plans.
• Coordinates activities with external partners and alliances; contributes to successful outcomes.
• Drives annual WPT goals and inputs to Global Product Strategy Documents; surfaces cross-functional issues.
