Relativity is seeking a Senior Strategy & Business Operations Associate to act as a business partner across Relativity Success. You’ll help turn strategy into grounded decisions by gathering frontline insights and blending them with operational data to inform execution.

Reporting to the Manager, Strategic Execution, you’ll prioritize cross‑team work, manage dependencies, and contribute to executive reporting and annual planning.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in strategy, business operations, management consulting, or customer success operations.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and turn quantitative data into actionable insights.
• Proven track record owning decisions in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic thought partner to Success leadership, supporting planning, alignment, and execution of the department's operating rhythm.
• Partner with teams across Relativity Success to understand on-the-ground dynamics and channel intelligence into prioritization and reporting.
• Support prioritization for cross-team work, assess dependencies, surface conflicts, and keep sequencing aligned with goals.
• Stay close to in-flight work through cross-team forums so prioritization and reporting reflect the full picture.
• Recommend action, not just report it; surface dependencies, risks, and AI-maturity signals with proposed courses of action.
• Contribute to executive reporting and annual planning with current intelligence on adoption and cross-team dynamics.
