Qualifications

• 8+ years in strategic planning, operational leadership, and program execution within a technology organization.
• 5+ years in project management.
• 5+ years in executive communications strategy within technology, health insurance, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of technology and operations; ability to drive cross-functional change.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report on progress of strategic initiatives with milestones and metrics.
• Create communications and presentations for senior executives and stakeholders.
• Contribute to integrated planning, internal communications, and performance reporting across PCW Digital & Technology.
• Lead strategic initiatives and projects by defining scope, developing implementation plans, and monitoring progress to ensure timely and successful execution.
• Serve as a liaison for cross-functional teams, strengthening collaboration and operational excellence and identifying process improvement opportunities.
• Conduct market, competitive, and financial analysis, including benchmarking, forecasting, and investment evaluation, to inform strategic decisions.
• Support special projects as assigned.
