Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an experienced product leader within the Aetna Digital Product Office to define strategy, drive operations and connect portfolios, partners and leaders. You will influence executive audiences and drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver market-leading digital experiences.

You will work with a growing team, oversee budgeting and governance, and translate market trends into compelling product roadmaps that align with business goals and stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product strategy and product operations.
• 8+ years of experience leading complex projects with cross-functional groups.
• 8+ years of professional communication experience with executive presentations.

Responsibilities

• Advises management on market trends, customer needs and competitive landscape to inform product strategy and prioritize feature enhancements and new product initiatives.
• Defines and communicates multi-year digital vision and strategic themes to align delivery with business goals.
• Manages roadmap development and maintenance to ensure alignment with product strategy.
• Engages with executive leadership and customers to gather feedback and communicate product updates and enhancements.
• Leads budgeting, capital planning and portfolio management for strategic initiatives.
