CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategy and Operations to join the Health100 and Pharmacy & Consumer Wellness (PCW) Digital & Technology team. The role drives integrated planning, reporting, and progress visibility for senior leadership.

The ideal candidate translates complex technical information into clear insights, collaborates with engineering and product teams, and leads cross-functional initiatives to improve performance and growth within CVS Health's tech-enabled health solutions.

Qualifications

8+ years in strategic planning and operations in a technology organization.
5+ years in project management.
5+ years in executive communications strategy within technology or health insurance.
Strong understanding of technology and operations; lead cross-functional change.

Responsibilities

Monitor and report progress of strategic initiatives with milestones and metrics.
Create communications and presentations for senior executives and stakeholders.
Contribute to integrated planning, internal communications, and performance reporting.
Lead strategic initiatives with defined scope and implementation plans.
Liaise for cross-functional teams to strengthen collaboration and operations.
Conduct market, competitive, and financial analysis to inform decisions.
Support special projects as assigned.
