Qualifications

• 8+ years in strategic planning and operational leadership within a technology organization.
• 5+ years in project management.
• 5+ years in executive communications strategy within technology, health insurance, or related industries.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report on progress of strategic initiatives, providing updates on milestones and metrics for leadership.
• Create communications and presentations for senior executives, translating complex tech information into actionable insights.
• Contribute to integrated planning, internal communications, and performance reporting across PCW Digital & Technology.
• Lead strategic initiatives by defining scope, developing plans, and monitoring progress to ensure timely execution.
• Serve as a liaison for cross-functional teams to strengthen collaboration and identify process improvements.
• Conduct market, competitive, and financial analysis to inform strategic decisions and growth opportunities.
• Support special projects as assigned.
