Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
• 4 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
• 4 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience leading teams, projects, or mentoring others.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic partner to leadership on service transformations, operational accuracy, organizational initiatives and helping chart out and fulfill big bets for the business in line with the leadership’s strategic vision.
• Define, launch and drive strategic and analytical initiatives to improve customer experience, and streamline internal and external facing processes and operations, working closely with cross-functional teams, executive stakeholders, and senior leadership.
• Problem solve with senior leaders to deliver strategic insights and recommendations based on business analyses.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in annual business planning, headcount management, key organizational metrics, and other operationally strategic projects.
• Identify gaps and propose changes to existing policy, systems and process frameworks. Develop scalable solutions and work to manage risks across the organization and develop best practices that are a benefit across the organization.
