Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in a management consulting, operations, business strategy, marketing strategy, investment banking, venture capital or private equity role.
• 5 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
• Experience with Marketing Technology or Applied AI strategies in Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of global Marketing Technology and Applied AI strategy and roadmaps in close partnership with Marketing and Engineering leaders.
• Be a thought partner for the leadership of Ads and Commerce Marketing team.
• Lead complex, high-impact strategic initiatives and clearly communicate business insights and findings to executive leadership to drive cross-functional alignment.
• Lead the annual strategic planning process and objectives and key results (OKR) setting to align cross-functional priorities with business goals.
• Drive financial and resource excellence by overseeing budget, managing resourcing needs, and aligning investments with strategic priorities through the annual planning process.
