Qualifications
- Strong understanding of healthcare delivery models and provider operations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives in a fast-paced setting.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication for executive audiences.
- Experience facilitating senior leadership discussions and alignment.
- Ability to influence without direct authority across functions.
Responsibilities
- Partners with the CMO to advance strategic priorities across provider operations.
- Coordinates cross-functional initiatives supporting operations and performance.
- Supports development of strategic plans, goals, and priorities enterprise-wide.
- Leads complex projects from concept to implementation with timelines and metrics.
- Collaborates with clinical, operational, finance, tech, and transformation teams.
