IDEX Health & Science is seeking a Senior Manager of Strategy to drive the segment strategy, align stakeholders, and execute high-impact initiatives across businesses. This hands-on leadership role requires strong analytical credibility and the ability to influence without direct authority in a global, matrixed environment.

You will formulate market-backed strategies, develop business cases, and collaborate with GMs, Finance, and Corporate Development to accelerate growth and optimize resource

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Economics, Science or related field.
• 8–12+ years of strategy, general management or corporate development experience.
• Experience formulating strategy and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Healthcare/health science B2B background preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Formulate differentiated strategies grounded in market, customers and financial insight.
• Translate analysis into explicit where-to-play and resource allocation decisions.
• Lead cross-business initiatives from definition through implementation.
• Shape target themes and business cases for portfolio and M&A decisions.
• Build market intelligence rhythms and share implications with leadership.
• Define leading and lagging indicators for top strategic initiatives.

Formação

Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Economics, Science or related field

MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
