Job summary

IDEX Health & Science LLC., a unit of IDEX Corporation, is seeking a Senior Manager of Strategy to lead enterprise‑wide planning and execution across IH&S. You will formulate differentiated segment strategies, influence leaders across functions, and translate insights into actionable roadmaps.

You will own critical initiatives, drive cross‑business growth, support portfolio and M&A decisions, and build competitive insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 8–12+ years of progressive strategy, GM, commercial leadership, or corporate development experience.
• Experience formulating strategy and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Background in health/medical technology or complex B2B environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Formulate differentiated strategies in collaboration with business GMs.
• Turn strategy into execution with sequenced workplans, owners, milestones, and KPIs.
• Drive cross‑business growth by identifying and advancing scalable opportunities.
• Support portfolio and M&A decisions with business cases and diligence.
• Build market intelligence and share insights with leadership.
• Establish performance visibility withLeading and lagging indicators.
• Enable leadership decisions with decision‑ready narratives and clear options.
• Strengthen strategic capability with reusable tools and standard work.
