TransUnion in Chicago seeks a Sr Director of Product Management to lead the US Consumer Solutions business. This hybrid role combines executive leadership with hands-on go-to-market execution across Direct and Indirect channels.

You will shape the commercial strategy, drive growth, and partner with Sales, Product Marketing, and Finance to deliver a robust operating plan. A Bachelor’s degree is required, MBA preferred, and AI/ML data-driven insights fuel decisions.

Qualifications

• Progressive leadership experience across strategy, product, and go-to-market roles.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Experience leveraging data, analytics, and AI/ML to drive product innovation and commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the US Consumer Solutions commercial strategy and annual operating plan.
• Define and execute go-to-market strategies that drive revenue growth across Direct and Indirect channels in the US.
• Lead sales enablement, value-selling, and commercialization efforts; support strategic customer engagements.
• Represent the voice of the customer and the US market in product planning and prioritization discussions.
• Advocate for transformation initiatives to improve competitiveness and operating performance.
• Lead the US pre-sales and post-sales Solutions organization, including Solutions Consulting and advisory teams.
• Drive visibility and action on US Consumer Solutions commercial performance and customer outcomes.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing organization; mentor future leaders.
