TriForza is seeking a Senior Manager of Strategy to support our product leaders in shaping product strategy, align leadership on emerging strategies, and connect execution plans to operating cycles.

You will drive strategy from concept to execution, partnering with our Enterprise Strategy Planning function to coordinate annual rhythm and governance. This role anchors cross-functional work across business, product, technology, and operations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years overall experience including 5+ years in strategy within a tech/SaaS org.
• Experience building strategy processes, governance, and organizational capabilities.
• Experience translating business needs into clear priorities, roadmaps, and execution plans.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Strong ability to align business, product, tech, and ops with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and planning: long-range strategy, annual operating plans, priorities and goals.
• Guide leaders through strategy development, translating needs into priorities and actionable plans.
• Translate insights into strategies, roadmaps, and decision materials.
• Establish routines to track progress against priorities and milestones.
• Identify barriers to execution and secure alignment and resources.
• Develop executive materials, governance routines, and cross-functional forums.
