Maximus is seeking a seasoned product and program leader to define and drive the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise products and platforms. You will partner with business and operational leaders to translate objectives, market dynamics, and trends into scalable solutions across multiple customer segments.

You will manage ROI-focused business cases, align cross-functional teams, and guide executive decision-making while coaching junior staff.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
10+ years of progressively responsible experience in Product Management, Program Management, Technology Leadership, or a related discipline.
Product strategy, visioning, and roadmap development.
Product portfolio management and investment planning.
Business-to-technology alignment and solution development.
Business case development and financial analysis.
Product lifecycle management.
Market analysis and competitive intelligence.
Executive communication and influence.

Responsibilities
