Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 8–10 years of experience in a relevant field, or 6–8 years with a Master’s degree.
• Analyze data and metrics for informed decision-making and continuous improvement; manipulate data sets and distill insights.
• Demonstrate strategic thinking and complex problem-solving skills.
• Manage complex projects and drive results with ownership.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the formulation and execution of comprehensive corporate strategies to drive growth and competitive advantage.
• Conduct in-depth market research, interviews, and data analysis to uncover customer pain points and trends.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and refine the company’s strategic vision and goals.
