Lumen is seeking a Strategy Senior Manager to lead corporate strategy development and execution across multiple business units. You will partner with senior leadership to identify strategic opportunities, analyze market trends, and drive actionable plans that align with Lumen’s goals.

You will work across product, marketing, sales, and other teams to ensure cohesive strategy implementation, while overseeing financial modeling and scenario planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 8–10 years of experience, or 6–8 years with a Master’s degree.
• Ability to analyze data and distill business-oriented recommendations.
• Strategic thinking, complex problem-solving, and ownership of execution.
• Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies.

• Lead the formulation and execution of comprehensive corporate strategies that drive business growth and competitive advantage.
• Conduct in-depth market research, customer interviews, and data analysis to uncover pain points, opportunities, and trends.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and refine the strategic vision and goals.

• Analyze performance and market trends; develop detailed strategic plans with revenue targets and adoption metrics.
• Prepare and present complex models and business cases for new ideas and opportunities.
