Job summary

Chase, a leading financial services firm, seeks a Vice President to own and drive the Large Segment strategy across New Large, Large, and Enterprise sub-segments within Business Banking. You will translate priorities into a robust roadmap, delivering initiatives that improve acquisition, primacy, retention, and product deepening, while aligning governance and executive communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 7+ years of experience in strategy, business banking, commercial banking, consulting, product strategy, and/or program leadership (or equivalent).
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives from concept through launch and optimization.
• Strong strategic thinking, prioritization, and roadmap skills—translate priorities into actionable roadmaps and milestones.
• Proven capability in data-driven problem solving, including interpreting performance metrics and driving decisions from insights.
• Experience building business cases and impact sizing (financial, customer, operational).
• Excellent people leadership and communication skills, including managing junior talent and producing executive-ready narratives.

Responsibilities

• Own L1 Large Segment strategy across sub-segments with clear priorities and OKRs.
• Translate strategy into a sub-segment roadmap with milestones and handoffs.
• Lead cross-functional execution from strategy to delivery and optimize outcomes.
• Identify issues and opportunities, design solutions, and quantify impact.
• Develop business cases and initiative briefs detailing why, what, and how.
• Monitor results, adjust approaches via test-and-learn, and define product requirements.
